Job overview

We are looking to appoint confident and enthusiastic individuals to join the Cover team in providing cover lessons across Shaftesbury School . The Cover Supervisors role is very diverse and different every day. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes when teachers are absent, assisting students with work provided by the teacher. 

You should have a good level of education including Maths and English. Excellent communication skills are vital along with a keen interest in working with Young People. 

It can be an extremely rewarding role and is also a useful way to gain experience in the classroom for those with teaching ambitions. 

Full training and support will be provided. Hours of work are 08:30 until 15:00 Monday to Friday - Term time only. We are looking for both full time and part time Cover Supervisors and also those looking to work on a casual basis.
