We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and open-minded ballet teacher who will contribute to our excellent national junior school programme, which aims to provide a positive introduction to ballet and initial creative ballet training for children age 7 – 11 years who might not otherwise have the opportunity. This role would suit a ballet teacher who has an interest in developing their practice in new and innovative ways. The successful candidate must have a commitment to the aims and objectives of the Primary Steps programme and be willing to travel and work unsociable hours.
Salary: £34.90 per hour
Hours: Wednesdays after school during term time. (Autumn Term: 3 hours per week; Spring Term: 4.25 hours per week, plus arranged fees for a range of additional activities through the year)
Duration: Wednesday 5 June 2019 to Wednesday 12 February 2020
Location: Swindon Dance with occasional travel to Covent Garden and other locations as required
Holidays: All holiday should be taken outside of term time
