WMC – The Camden College is currently looking to recruit two Curriculum Administrators who will provide a professional and effective administrative support to curriculum areas, which will include facilitating and organising initial assessments; responding to applications for courses that need interviews; administer the annual learner survey and manage and monitor course waiting lists and to organise transfers and refunds as required.  You will also be responsible for entering all aspects of curriculum planning onto the MIS system (EBS), and liaising with MIS and Marketing managers.

You will be an important part of the College’s Curriculum Department, assisting the Director of Learning and Curriculum Managers with the efficient operation of the Department, and providing responsive and supportive service to internal and external customers of the department at all times.

Applicants should be articulate and motivated, with excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload under time constraints.

The post involves working with young people and vulnerable adults and consequently is subject to a satisfactorily enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

This job role will be based at our main site in Camden, two minutes’ walk from Mornington Crescent and 10 minutes from Camden Town.
