Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
ESF INNOVATION IN HIGHER LEVEL SKILLS
This partnership project will deliver an employer-led approach to improve local business engagement with higher level skills through the development and trialling of innovative new provision and delivery models.
If you have a passion for designing, developing and delivering high quality education and training solutions, we want to hear from you. You will need to be an engaging and inspiring trainer, committed to engaging businesses and developing new innovative provision which meet the higher level skills needs of both businesses and learners and improve the labour market relevance of education and training for the Engineering and Construction sector. Applicants should be educated to degree level with a recognised teaching qualification and the ability to motivate students to realise their full potential. The ideal candidate/s would possess current industry knowledge of Engineering and Construction along with an understanding of education programmes.
