We are seeking to expand our highly successful Curriculum Assistant Team and are looking for an additional colleague to join our College in the English and Performing Arts departments. You must be committed to supporting young people to achieve their potential and remove their barriers to learning. You will be providing clerical and administrative support to the Curriculum Managers and post holders in English and Performing Arts.
The main duties include;
To support the Curriculum Managers with the department budgets. Carry out audits/stock take for stationery and texts, place orders to suppliers as and where needed
To supervise students in the absence of a teaching colleague within the departments
To assist in the organisation of student interventions and assessment data
To assist students’ learning by assisting in the preparation and production of resource materials
To assist in College attendance record keeping by taking class registers
To support in the organisation of extra curricular activities including performances, displays and other events eg. technically assisting performance exams
