As a Curriculum Leader you will be an inspirational teacher who promotes the highest levels of achievement for all students. Using your enthusiasm and expertise you will work closely with your team; leading, developing and monitoring the curriculum so as to maximise the achievement of all students. The prospective candidate should be a motivated and suitably qualified teacher with a proven track record of outstanding learner retention and achievement to teach Psychology at AS and A2 Level. The successful applicant will be an inspirational teacher who promotes the highest aspirations for all learners. We are seeking someone with excellent subject knowledge, who can demonstrate an ability to combine a strong classroom presence with outstanding learner achievement. The ability to teach in a creative manner that fully engages all learners is critical. Experience of the AQA specification along with a proven track record of outstanding TLA which can be supported by results is essential for this post. Applicants must include in their supporting information retention and achievement data for the previous 3 years including ALPS score or VA information.
