The College is looking to recruit a Lilypad Customer Service Assistant to join the College Arches Team.
Working in a friendly environment you will be responsible for assisting with the catering service alongside the Arches team within the College and therefore experience in hospitality, qualifications (NVQ level 2 or equivalent) is preferred. You must have an ability to develop working relationships and will be required to ensure the delivery of high quality, customer focused service to students, staff and visitors.
This is an excellent opportunity to get the most out of your hospitality experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for some preparation of cooking and delivery of the daily service. The candidate must also have a high standard of customer service and the ability to demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
