Salary: Meridian Trust Support - Grade 5, Points 5 -7 (£23,500 - £24,294 FTE)

Hours of work: 37 Hours, 52 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a Customer Service Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This key role will administer all aspects of our customer interactions and support the running of the Hub’s training programs.

This role is currently based at Swavesey Village College.


The Opportunity  

  •  A great chance to work with a collaborative, strong, fun, and enthusiastic team
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Be an external ambassador for the Hub
  • Responsible for financial processes and records, including production of reports and chasing of debtors
  • Assist with development, design, and distribution of marketing materials across multiple mediums related to the hub


The ideal candidate

  • Have a good educational background with evidence of CPD  
  • Have experience working in a busy environment with completing deadlines
  • Proven experience in a customer service/sales support role
  • Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
  • Experience of administrating marketing platforms
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
  • Keen to learn new skills and knowledge.

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Teaching School Hub is part of a network of 87 centers of excellence across the country for teacher training and development set up September 2021. We offer high-quality training and professional development to support teachers and leaders at every stage of their career with the aim of raising teaching standards and contributing significantly to school improvement. We work with 353 schools across the area in all phases and settings.
