DATA ADMINISTRATION & REPROGRAPHICS OFFICER
Grade G4 - £17,724 - £19,718 pro rata
37 hours per week (term time + 3 weeks)
We are seeking to appoint a Data Administration and Reprographics Officer to provide an efficient and effective administration service in school in relation to data provision, printing and reprographics.
You will work under the supervision of the Whole School Data Manager to provide administrative support in the input, collation, reporting and printing of relevant data and information. The main duties will include:-
· Updating manual and computer records,
· Completing data returns and generating management information,
· Providing a prompt and efficient in-house printing service,
· Procurement of printing resources / materials and maintaining appropriate stocks and associated records,
· Liaising with staff in school and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent level of qualification. You should have experience of undertaking a range of administration tasks, be competent in the use of a variety of ICT software, including management information systems, excellent communication skills, an ability to use your initiative to respond to and resolve problems and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.

Golborne High School, a co-educational secondary school of around 1,200 pupils, is located near to Wigan, Greater Manchester. Providing places for pupils aged 11-16, Golborne High is a foundation cooperative trust school, forming a key part of the GoalCo Trust, a network of schools and colleges situated in and around Wigan.
The GoalCo cooperative was established in 2010, but the secondary school itself first opened its doors in 1954.
