Would you like to be part of a forward-thinking, highly successful Academy Trust of 12 schools? We are looking to appoint a Data/IT Support Officer. The ideal candidate will have:           

·        A willingness to work with children of all ages.

·        Good technical capability

·        Good time management.

·        Attention to detail

·        Willingness to learn and improve skills.

·        Willing to work as member of team

Purpose of the Role:

·        To provide 1st and 2nd line support to users in the academy when required

·        Provide support and technical problem solving on hardware and software issues and problems to all users when required

·        Basic User management; e.g. Password resets, group management

  • Support with installation of new computer systems and peripherals
  • Uphold network security
  • Uphold Trusts e-safety policy

·        Help maintain all necessary records including inventories and details of equipment checks

·        Work tickets from the internal support system as directed from the IT Director

·        Provide support and guidance/training on Office 365 products such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
