Term time only plus INSETS/Twilights + 2 set weeks in August (41 weeks)

Hours of work 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday

Level 8 Points 36-41 (starting point 36) Actual Salary £40,931 (FTE £45,468)

The Westgate School are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable candidate to join our team. Prior experience of working within a school environment is desirable, along with knowledge of relevant software packages ie: 4Matrix, Alps etc. Experience of data management is an essential requirement for this role.

Part of your responsibilities will be monitoring assessment data and reporting to the relevant members of staff as appropriate. You will also be required to work with the Exams Officer during the summer to process and analyse examination results.

You must be highly organised and proficient in IT, especially Excel and able to meet deadlines efficiently.

If you have experience in handling large amounts of data and have the skills required to analyse and supply results to all stakeholders, then you could be the person we are looking for. Please read the job description and person specification for further information.
