Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work across two existing schools using SIMS (Bohunt Liphook and Bohunt Worthing) and on the introduction of Bromcom to the Bohunt Horsham School that opens in September 2019. The purpose of the role is to input and maintain data onto the school information systems (SIMS and Bromcom) to the highest standard of accuracy to ensure the integrity of the data held and to support present and future teaching and learning needs.  The job holder works closely with the Trust Lead for Data and Assistant Headteachers for Performance at each School to generate data for school self-evaluation, tracking of student progress, analysis of school performance and providing staff with relevant, up to date and robust information on students.

Do you have?

  • Prior SIMs knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within a data management or in a highly systematic administrative environment
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • An ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good general standard of education including GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English Language grade A-C/9-5
