Full-time • 37 hours per week x 42 weeks per year

As Data Officer you will drive the development of data analysis to maximise the efficiency of data use within the school and for reporting purposes to all stakeholders. You will support managers and staff with understanding and interpreting their data reports and you will provide timely and insightful reports for senior managers and Trustees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking colleague to join the Data and Examinations team, to support to drive the development of data analysis to maximise the efficiency of data use within the school and for reporting purposes to all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with an excellent understanding of numbers and Excel who can work with large data sets accurately and quickly and who has excellent ICT skills. This position may suit someone with teaching experience as knowledge of school performance measures is essential. If you think this is you, we would like to hear from you.
Data is at the heart of supporting managers, staff and Trustees to ensure that they understand our learners and how they progress through their subjects and achieve their aims.
Previous experience of working within a school or education context is desirable but not essential.

Campion School in Bugbrooke, Near Northampton, is a co-educational secondary school. It became a Language College in September 1997 and an academy in 2011.
