37 hours per week, 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday • Term time, plus five INSET days and five days during August for results week

We are looking to appoint a Deputy Examinations officer to support our Exams officer in the administration, management and conduct of public examinations and key internal school assessments (e.g. Pre-public examinations). Additionally, this role will also provide advice and guidance to teaching staff on examinations processes and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and demonstrably good levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Experience of working to regulatory frameworks or processes.
  • Understand the need for confidentiality.

As part of the Exams team, you will work closely alongside our Deputy headteacher and admin team, and help coordinate our pool of invigilators.
