Deputy Head of Education

Young Foundations is a recognised specialist provider of residential services for children, young people and adults, who have a range of identified complex and challenging needs such as: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and other health needs.

About the role
As a Deputy Head of Education, you should be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in developing the education young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You should have experience in achieving high quality teaching across all disciplines, support learners so as to maximise achievement and deliver continuous improvement in the school.

About you
You will be a qualified teacher and have both previous experience working within a leadership role and significant experience in a working with challenging young people.
