Hours: FT 37 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer focussed, successful and professional Estates Team to provide a proactive and highly efficient Estates service.
Working closely with the Head of Department you will provide operational direction and leadership on all facility and estates operational management matters, ensuring maximum use of available resources and compliance with statutory standards. You will also be responsible for directly managing all operational functions within Estates including maintenance, portering and security.
In addition your role will include working with the Head of Estates in the continued transformation of the estate to ensure it is appropriate and fit for purpose.
We pride ourselves in being able to provide an excellent level of customer service to our customers and so are looking to appoint someone who is able to communicate well, in a professional manner with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have previous experience of project management, encompassing financial and supervisory aspects at an operational level and experience of the management of Health and Safety within an organisation. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, often with conflicting priorities is also essential.
If you are innovative with a passion to succeed we would like to hear from you.
