Salary: £37,021 - £40,596 per annum 

Hours: 37 per week (1FTE)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful faculty of Sport, Leisure and Tourism at Exeter College. We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated individual to work alongside our current head and deputy head to help lead the faculty forward. 

As well as experience managing/leading sports provision, such as vocational sport and A level PE, the successful candidate will require expertise in staff management, curriculum development and pastoral support. They will also need to have a positive outlook and ambitious approach to moving our faculty forward. 

You will need to hold a relevant degree, teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate significant experience of teaching at FE level. A flexible approach, excellent interpersonal skills are also required as well as being an effective team player.

You will join a very lively and successful faculty within which there is a real passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
