The Winsford Academy is seeking applications for a Deputy Head of Mathematics from September 2018, with the drive and vision to deliver excellence in our Maths department. We wish to appoint an exceptional inspirational professional with motivation and passion, who enjoys working in an exciting and rewarding environment and is prepared to contribute fully to school life. The successful candidate will be an innovative teacher with excellent subject knowledge and the desire and commitment to raise achievement of students at all levels. The requirement will be to teach to GCSE, with the potential to teach to A Level in the future. .
The post holder will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the department including the development and implementation of plans, policies, targets and practices. They will also be entrusted with the challenge to further accelerate progress in what are already exceptional results for the department.
