Deputy Head of School

Tudor Grange Primary Academy Meon Vale is looking to appoint an ambitious Deputy Head of School with the view to progress to Headship within two years. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for anyone thinking about developing their leadership skills in preparation for taking on the challenge of Head of School. A full programme of support and mentoring will be offered.

We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of School to start in our new school from September 2019 which will see our first cohort of pupils in nursery and reception.  The role will initially be primarily EYFS based as the academy will expand into KS1 and KS2 over successive years.

The successful candidate will be working under the direction of the Principal Designate to oversee the development of the new school, including a brand new building and developing the school as it grows.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and dedicated leader to join us at an exciting time in our development.

Applications are invited from experienced teachers and leaders with the ability, passion and commitment to play an active role in the leadership and management of the academy, with aspirations to taking on the headship of Tudor Grange Primary Academy Meon Vale within two years.
