You will be a confident and inspiring leader who can develop and direct a high quality pastoral provision in the broadest sense, whilst also making a significant contribution to the success and development of the School as a whole.
The Deputy Head - Pupil Welfare will lead on Safeguarding, they will be kind and compassionate with high emotional intelligence, generous with their time and responsive to the needs of the boys and staff in the School.
You should be able to illustrate your ability to develop and maintain strong and positive relationships throughout a school community and to demonstrate personal strength of character through intellect, integrity and fairness.
