We are looking for an excellent teacher who can demonstrate:
The ability to teach creatively, using a cross curricular approach.
Proven experience in implementing effective strategies for raising achievement and improving outcomes, including a sound understanding of the development of quality and manageable assessment practice.
The ability to analyse key school performance data to ensure priorities are appropriate and improvement in standards is promoted.
Experience of leading successful initiatives in curriculum development.
The ability to support, lead and motivate members of our whole school community.
Evidence of excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
