MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE LIVES OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher who has the understanding of how to meet the additional needs of pupils in our specialist provision to join a vibrant staff team in our North West London Independent School, Ofsted judged us to be Outstanding in February 2017, committed to raising standards for disadvantaged children and young people.   This is an excellent opportunity to work with small groups of pupils or individuals with either Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs or Speech, Language and Communication Needs including Autistic Spectrum Conditions. 

 Key requirements for the posts are:  

  • QTS and preferably NPQH • Demonstrable good judgement, emotional intelligence, commitment, reliability and integrity 
  • Proven track record of working with children and young people with complex and co morbid SEND  
  • Extensive experience in developing and QA of Learning and Teaching

Demonstrable experience as a member of a Senior Leadership Team
