We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our vibrant nursery school located in Charlton.

Graded as outstanding since 2008, Pound Park has continued to provide quality early years’ education since 1944. The ethos of our nursery school is to offer the best early learning experience for our children as well as exceptional support to all our families.

 

You will have:

  • Substantial and successful teaching experience in the Early Years age range, demonstrating a commitment to Early Years achievement
  • Leadership and management experience in a school/nursery setting
  • Involvement in school self-evaluation and development planning
  • Demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development
  • A commitment to working in partnership with staff, parents and the community to promote inclusion and excellent opportunities for all
