  • Has proven management skills and strong analytical ability.
  • Is resilient and calm under pressure while retaining an air of authority.
  • Can demonstrate charisma, adaptability and empathy.

What we have to offer:

  • A fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art new school building.
  • A popular school with well-behaved, enthusiastic children, supportive parents, committed, knowledgeable and motivated staff, a highly committed governing body and an active, supportive PTA.
  • The opportunity to work in the heart of the Forest of Dean with all it has to offer - impressive views, industrial and architectural heritage and a wide range of outdoor activities.
