St Clements High School, is a small 600 student 11-16 village High School with a vibrant and friendly community. We have a well-mannered, calm and purposeful working environment. We are an integral part of West Norfolk Academies Trust (WNAT), which has the vision and commitment to improve the outcomes of all our students. The post-holder may be required to work at different schools within the Trust to facilitate effective cross-trust working.
We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who has an organised and methodical approach to work, can demonstrate a passion for continual improvement and achievement and with an ability to inspire the confidence of students, parents and colleagues with enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
