Queen Emma’s and Finstock Church of England Primary Schools are part of The MILL Academy Trust, which is a multi-academy trust consisting of three schools located within the same geographical area in West Oxfordshire. This is a hugely exciting time for our family of schools as a unique opportunity has arisen for an inspirational leader, committed to the benefits of working collaboratively within a multi-academy trust, to join us as the Deputy Headteacher of Queen Emma’s Primary School and Finstock Church of England Primary School.
Our new Deputy Headteacher will:
- Be passionate about improving the life chances and aspirations of all children
- Use their educational expertise and management skills to focus the efforts of all staff on improving the quality of education for all pupils
- Understand the role of research and other sources of evidence in the decision making of senior leaders in schools
- Raise the profile of each school within their community to enable their continued growth and prosperity
- Play a key role in our Trust family of schools
We will provide you with:
