APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
Salary L10- L14

Abbey Lane Primary School is looking for a non-class-based Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in our journey to outstanding. If you are an excellent practitioner who would like to use your creativity to make a real difference, we would like to hear from you.
We have a strong commitment to raising attainment and ensuring all children reach their potential. We are seeking somebody who:
· is an outstanding and dynamic classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupil achievement at all levels,
· has excellent and proven interpersonal, leadership and management skills,
· is an inspirational and creative team player with vision and drive who can motivate and lead others, has a good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes in order to provide good support for school self-evaluation.
Ideally you will already be a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher or member of SLT in your current school.
