The Governors and Head teacher of Whitchurch C.E. Infant & Nursery School seek to appoint an inspirational teacher and enthusiastic, experienced leader to undertake the role of Deputy Head teacher.
We are looking for an individual who can support the Head teacher in providing a strong and visible leadership within our school and the local community and who has the ability to lead, challenge and enthuse children and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards.
The post will involve an occasional teaching commitment and we are therefore, seeking a leader with a track record of exceptional classroom practice who is child centred and will support our school values.
