The Deputy Headteacher position is available due to the previous deputy moving into the post of Headteacher within the school.  This is a pivotal time for the school and senior team who are deeply committed to school improvement. Stanchester is driven by the core value of every child achieves and the overarching vision to nurture a culture with:

Ambitious learners who are knowledgeable and literate.

Candidates must already hold a Senior Management post of Assistant or Deputy Headteacher with the capacity to drive continued, rapid school improvement, lead staff and have clear impact on student outcomes.  The post will carry specific responsibilities in a variety of areas that will benefit the team and the school; these are outlined in the job description and will be discussed with candidates during the interview process.
