Rugby High School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to lead on Curriculum Review and Development and Teaching and Learning and to deputise for the Head Teacher in his absence.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a track record of successful senior or middle-management and leadership of whole school initiatives.
An able communicator with the ability to form positive relationships with all sectors of the school community, he or she will have a passion for ensuring that all students realise their potential through a positive mindset and developing their resilience; be committed to and a believer in the power of the arts in education, as well as having the methodical skills and attention to detail needed to keep the school running smoothly.
This is an ideal post for a candidate seeking to be appointed to Headship within the next five years.
