Lord Derby Academy follows a three-year Key Stage 3 curriculum and two-year Key Stage 4 curriculum. We offer two GCSE Science pathways, one Double Award GCSE Science Pathway and a Triple Award GCSE Science Pathway. Pupils can also opt to study an additional GCSE in Astronomy.
As Deputy Leader for the Science Faculty, you will be part of a vibrant, dedicated and ambitious team. Staff hold high expectations for all pupils and work tirelessly to ensure the best possible provision for all. The science area was recently remodelled and refurbished to give pupils the very best educational experience possible.
The successful candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status.
