Deputy Pastoral Leader
Permanent 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary £16,040 – £17,645
Trustees/Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional, as a permanent Deputy Pastoral Leader. The successful post holder will work within a team, with a responsibility for years 7 & 8. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, having responsibilities which include the management of pupil behaviour to Academy standards and liaison with parents, staff and outside agencies. They will work closely with their Pastoral Leaders but will have the initiative and drive to work independently when required, using Academy policies and guidance for direction. Good IT skills are essential and knowledge and experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
