 We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Team Leaders for Gloucester House Day Provision. The successful candidate will be directly responsible to the Residential Manager for the welfare and organisation of all students on the house. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to further his or her career in care.  

This is a varied role where some of your duties will be to support the team leaders in their role, support students with their ILP goals, writing and regularly updating care plans for students and assisting in organising cover for staff absence. You will be expected to support staff to encourage students to do as much as possible for themselves by guiding and helping them to identify the assistance they require to live as independently as possible. 

 The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Care or Children and Young People or equivalent. You will also need relevant care experience and have good written and verbal communication skills.
