We are seeking to appoint a highly effective, inspiring and outstanding qualified teacher who is looking to develop their leadership and management experience and contribute towards the management of the Teaching, Learning and Assessment department. The post will commence from September 2018.
The successful applicant will have proven methods to be able to identify and target underachieving pupils and implement effective strategies for raising achievement and improving outcomes. You will be able to enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge pupils and staff, be forward thinking and passionate about raising standards and continually developing teaching and learning practice across the school.

Holte School is an oversubscribed, diverse, multi-racial, 11-18 community school. Our last two Ofsted inspections judged us “Outstanding” in all categories. The school co-sponsors Blue Coat Church of England Academy in Walsall and also works in partnership with Lozells Primary School.
