We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of Design Technology to work within a creative and dynamic Art and Technology Faculty. The role would be suitable for an experienced member of staff or NQT. We require someone who can teach Food to KS3 and 4, with the ability to teach KS3 in at least one other DT area. We currently deliver Btec Home Cooking Skills Level 2, and a good knowledge of this syllabus would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will:
- be an enthusiastic, inspiring and creative teacher
- have excellent subject knowledge
- be able to commit and contribute to the continuing success of the department and the school
- be able to teach effectively at Key Stages 3 and 4
