Smart Teachers is recruiting for a knowledgeable Design Technology Teacher to join an improving school in Richmond, South West London. This full time Design Technology Teacher position is available to start in January 2019. The position will ideally be permanent; although, the start date is negotiable.  The candidate will be starting in a smaller than average secondary school with  new and modern facilities.

  • Timetable will be made up of majority Product Design and Food Technology

  • MPS Salary £27,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

In order to be considered for this role, the Design Technology Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Proven experience teaching the UK or equivalent curriculum
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS / police checks
