NEXT SCHOOL is a small bilingual primary school based in the beautiful and historic town of Ragusa in one of the most fascinating and scenic areas of Sicily.
We are seeking a Didactic Coordinator who combines full knowledge of the Italian national Scholastic System with experience of bilingual education possible in combination with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Essential requirements and skills:
• Qualified in Education
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge and experience of the Italian National Curriculum ( Primary and Secondary) able to handle all burocratic aspects of examinations and procedures to keep up with Ministerial requests for Scuole Paritarie
•Experienced in managing a small team of 16 teachers handling all aspects of timetabling, teacher assignments , PD , recruitment
• Able and experienced in working with the Directors in writing the PTOF ( School Programme and Curriculum) for both curricular and extra curricular activities ,
• Coordinate and handle all communication with parents
• Holder of an EU driver’s license
• Eu passport or holders of valid working papers for Italy ONLY
