We are seeking a Digital & Resources Manager to manage the school Resource Centre and digital requirements of the school to support an effective and engaging learning environment. The Resource Manager will be responsible for maintaining and promoting the School’s physical, digital resources and IT resources. In this role, you will collaborate with Leadership Team regarding the use of and purchase of IT equipment as required by the teachers for use in their planning for student learning, and will support help desk queries to the extent of providing direction for staff and students. The role will also involve collaboration with BCE and external ‘tech’ providers who will be engaged to manage our IT systems.


Holy Family School caters for primary students and has an approximate enrolment of 240 students, situated in Indooroopilly. Our motto is of "Strength and Gentleness" and is born from St Brigid and the Brigidine Sisters who founded our school community. Holy Family School has a rich tradition of providing an inclusive, Catholic education to the families of Indooroopilly and beyond. To be successful in this role you will:

  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
  • currently hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card; and
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.


Estimated Start Date:
  Commencing January 2020

Position Tenure:   Fixed Term

Weeks Worked:  School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term):   2020 School year

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   5 days/wk - Mon-Fri (35 hrs/wk). Option for further 4 weeks negotiated during school holidays.

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer Level 5 - $31.91 per hour

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019


This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
