We are seeking to appoint a Digital Services Leader to join The Ridgeway Learning Partnership (RLP).  As Digital Services Leader you will be responsible for the development, planning, implementation and delivery of effective IT systems across the schools in the RLP.  You will lead a customer focused and innovative Digital Department. This a full time post. 

The successful candidate will have experience of successful leadership of IT teams. Experience of using/administering Google, Microsoft, Apple and Windows products would be an advantage. They will have excellent organisation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, the ability to make decisions under pressure and the ability to oversee the management of  routine maintenance of hardware/software.

The RLP was formed in 2017 and is comprised of Tring School, Grove Road Primary School, Dundale School and Tring Sports Centre. In our trust we create a seamless educational journey from ages 3-19. Academic attainment is well above average and improving year on year.  All schools within the trust strive to support and encourage individual growth within a caring community and have a talented team of staff who are ambitious to become outstanding in all areas of our work.

This role will be primarily based from Tring School, however, the successful candidate will work throughout the RLP on both an operational and strategic level.

The school was one of the first Secondary Schools in the country to introduce a 1-1 Chromebook scheme for all students and subsequently be recognised as Google Reference School.
