We are looking for someone with substantial knowledge of legislation and policy relevant to the education sector, including school governance, and its practice in different types of state schools.  They will need to share NGA’s values.  We value the voices of all; evidence, expertise, and our independence.  As well as embracing the Nolan Principles of Public Life (Selflessness; integrity; objectivity; accountability; openness; honesty; leadership), we have signed up to the very recent Ethical Framework for Educational Leadership.  We aim to be courageous, creative, visionary and light on our feet, and we champion fairness and opportunity for all young people.
