We are seeking an inspirational, forward thinking, strategic leader to support the Deputy Principal in achieving the College’s objectives, particularly relating to the quality of Apprenticeship delivery, by providing strategic and operational leadership and leading on the development of teaching, learning and assessment for Apprenticeships across the College.
This role is pivotal to ensure high quality leadership and management of the Directorate in accordance with the College’s Mission, Vision and Values. The post holder will contribute to strategic planning and the setting and monitoring of achievement targets as well as leading Apprenticeship curriculum development across the Directorate. Making use of local, regional and national data, to identify and develop provision as required by the market.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing Apprenticeship provision and developing products/services for employers and evidenced success of leading a team to achieve results.
