Job overview

The Director of Development is responsible for leading and managing the Development Office, which has as its core objectives the cultivation and promotion of relations with the alumni community, friend-raising and fundraising for the Hill School Foundation through voluntary donations for:

  • Capital Projects.
  • Means-tested bursaries enabling talented young people who would not otherwise be able to afford school fees to benefit from a Mill Hill School Foundation education.

About Mill Hill School

The Mill Hill School Foundation offers education to boys and girls aged between 3 and 18 in its four Schools. The Schools occupy a magnificent 160 acres of beautiful grounds just 10 miles from Central London with easy access to underground and main line stations.

Mill Hill School is the senior school in the Foundation and the largest in our group, catering to boys and girls aged 13-18. We offer weekly and full boarding, although the majority of students are day pupils. Our unique culture and approach offers pupils an education which is of distinctive quality, with an effective balance between academic and co-curricular pursuits, alongside careful pastoral support.
