AISL, the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Innovation Leadership Academies and Little Lions Childhood Development Centres, has ambitious expansion plans and is now seeking an experienced, strategic leader in the newly created role of Director of Education.  Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen and reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Director of Education will lead a growing education team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading global schools group as it enters an exciting and bold new phase in its development.  

The successful candidate will combine a track record of highly successful school leadership experience with the vision and strategic capabilities to guide the development of an ambitious, agenda-setting brand in international education. He or she will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, together with the gravitas and professional authority to inspire a growing family of schools in pursuit of even greater success.
