We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our College at a very exciting time. We are on a journey to outstanding, and you can make a real difference to help realise our ambitious growth plans as our Director of Faculty for Land based provision.
As a Director of Faculty you will be a key member of the College Senior Leadership structure with responsibility for managing a number of curriculum areas. This role will be based at our Rodbaston Campus, where you will be responsible for our land based provision which incorporates countryside management, agriculture, horticulture, floristry, veterinary care, animal care, equine and more. You will have teaching experience as well as the skills to plan, develop and monitor an innovative land based curriculum, incorporating all provision types and funding streams.

This is an important role within the College Senior Leadership Team, managing and developing these growing sectors, reporting to the Assistant Principal – Curriculum and contributing to the overall leadership and direction of the College as a whole.
Ideally you will have significant experience of managing the curriculum delivery teams in the post 16 sector, excellent communication skills and knowledge or industrial experience in either sector. You will be capable of implementing and leading improvement in these curriculum areas and demonstrating its impact in terms of tangible results. You will also use your skills to motivate and inspire a large team to embrace continuous change helping to ensure that the College is Ofsted ready at all times in these sectors.
