The College is looking to recruit an outstanding individual who is an inspirational and determined leader with drive, initiative and ambition to lead the College’s financial planning, as well as ensuring an ongoing focus on delivering robust and effective operations across the College’s non-academic functions. 

The prime responsibility of the Director of Finance and Operations is to work with the Principal and the other members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the community of Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College succeeds and develops in its mission, achieves its strategic aims including ambitious plans for growth and fulfils its responsibilities.

The post holder will lead on all matters relating to finance and operations at all levels, working where appropriate with external stakeholders including the ESFA and the Diocese, to deliver successful outcomes. The successful candidate will be more than ‘College Finance Director’: they will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team taking Notre Dame into the next phase of its future. The successful candidate will have broad experience together with a deep understanding of the College’s development pathway.

We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence and who will also hold the needs of the students at the centre of their decision making. He or she will play a leading role in the existing outstanding senior leadership team, complementing their strengths and work collaboratively to pursue the mission of the College.
