52 weeks, (36 hours) (term time only will be considered)

Salary: L9 – L13 (£55,411 - £64,525)

Post tenable 1st March 2020 or as soon as possible

This is an exciting time to join a small Multi Academy Trust, passionate about nurturing a commitment to learning through developing schools with a strong ethos, outstanding achievement and high quality teaching and learning. The Heartlands community Trust consists of two successful schools based in Haringey. One school is a main stream 11-16 comprehensive and the other a specialist school for young people with autism. This is an exciting time to join as we seek to consolidate excellence and develop the Trust. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of managing or leading HR; preferably within the context of a school

• A recognised qualification in HR and up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation

• Outstanding communication skills

• The ability to work strategically 

• A commitment to safeguarding children.

Flexible working can be negotiated.

SEARCH Education Trust was established in May 2013 as Heartlands Community Trust when Heartlands High School converted into an academy. In July 2021 we adopted SEARCH Education Trust as our name, and developed our vision and principles which celebrate our origins whilst opening up a shared space for other schools or Trusts to join us in co-creating a bright and supportive future together in the contemporary educational landscape where all schools are being encouraged to join together in the pursuit of excellence.
