Our STAR values (service, teamwork, ambition, respect) are embedded in our school and our vision statement, ‘nurturing today’s young people, inspiring tomorrow’s leaders’ clearly highlights the commitment we have in ‘going the extra mile’ for our students. Educational excellence, character development and service to communities form our mission statement.

Eden Girls’ School, Coventry is an Outstanding 11-18 Academy, opening in September 2014 with a state of the art new build which boasts outstanding facilities for all faculties. Our first cohort of Year 11 students achieved exceptional GCSE results in the summer 2018. Our Progress 8 score of +1.36 placed our school in 7th position in the country out of all the secondary schools. This is an amazing achievement for everyone in our team. Another headline figure achieved was that 67% of our students achieved GCSE Grades 9-5 in both English and Mathematics.

As the Director of Learning, you will have responsibility for student outcomes, teaching and learning, as well as supporting and developing teachers within the Maths faculty along with being an excellent classroom practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in a very supportive school with extremely high quality CPD opportunities.
