Director of Learning Support

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced and talented Director of Learning Support to lead our friendly and highly professional team of four dedicated Learning Support Teachers. The Director of Learning Support will be a progressive leader who will have a strong understanding of all cognitive development issues children may face and a secure knowledge of associated access arrangements. High order communication skills with staff and parents are also essential skills we seek in the successful candidate, who should hold a Level 7 SpLD Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Our pupils are encouraged to become independent learners within a supportive and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will teach individual 1:1 support lessons alongside small group curriculum based support lessons.
