The Director of Mathematicsrole is to develop and implement Teaching and Learning initiatives and strategies to accelerate rates of progress. The role will include strategically leading the development of Mathematics and Numeracy across the school.
You will join a committed team of teachers and play a key role in ensuring that all pupils achieve to their potential. You will be passionate about the teaching of Mathematics and will be expected to teach across the Key Stages.
You must have a track record as an outstanding practitioner with evidence of raising standards and outcomes. You will have excellent communication skills and be approachable whether dealing with pupils, parents, carers or colleagues. You will have experience in observing and evaluating teaching quality and providing feedback and coaching.
