Shrewsbury School is seeking to appoint a charismatic, inspirational and highly effective individual to lead and develop the musical life of the school. 

S/he will be central to shaping our programme and enhancing further our position as a national and international beacon of musical excellence. 

With the ability to inspire pupils, colleagues, parents and supporters of Shrewsbury School music, the successful candidate will actively promote diversity in music-making and direct top quality performance whilst nurturing participation and enjoyment at all levels. 

Shrewsbury is a campus school and accommodation may be available with this role. Shrewsbury has its own salary scale.
